📧 Account Login Details
You will also receive an email from HOT Mobile on the activation date with your account login information once the signup process is complete.

Orders placed on Friday/Saturday or on Israeli holidays will be processed on Sunday morning or after the holiday.

• Your phone must be unlocked to use the Hot Mobile service for SIM cards or eSIM

🔓 How to Check if Your Phone is Unlocked

📱 iPhone

• Go to Settings
• Tap General
• Tap About
• Scroll down to Carrier Lock
• If it says “No SIM restrictions,” → your iPhone is unlocked ✅
• If it shows a carrier name → your phone is locked ❌

🤖 Android

Method 1 (Quick Test):

1. Insert a SIM card from a different carrier
2. Restart your phone
3. If it connects to the network → your phone is unlocked ✅
4. If you see an error like “SIM not supported” → it’s locked ❌
   

Method 2 (Settings Check – varies by device):

• Go to Settings
• Search for SIM status / Network / Carrier lock
• Some devices will show lock status directly

If your phone is locked, you’ll need to request an unlock from your current carrier.

You do not need a PayPal account to place an order on our website.

After submitting your order form, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay the Setup fee/Shipping or Pickup fee.

"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment."
Possible reasons include:

• Your card is linked to a PayPal account and you are not logged into that account
• Your card was previously linked to a closed PayPal account
• Your card has not yet been confirmed with PayPal
• You have exceeded your card’s PayPal transaction limit
• Your email address triggered PayPal’s fraud prevention system
• Your browser cookies may be causing an issue, try clearing cookies and retrying

📅 Hold Period
Lines may be suspended for a minimum of 1 month and up to 3 months per calendar year.

🔄 Reactivating Your Line
When you’re ready to restore service, you will need to contact Hot Mobile again to reactivate the line.

🌍 International Roaming
Your Hot Mobile eSIM or SIM card can be used in other countries if international roaming is enabled on your plan.

📶 Coverage Varies by Destination
Roaming availability, supported countries, and rates may vary depending on your destination and selected plan.
