Recharge Your Prepaid SIMQuick Fix Before Changing APN
- Turn Mobile Data ON
- Enable Data Roaming (Required)
- Restart your phone
- Toggle Airplane Mode ON → OFF
Important: iPhones usually auto-configure. Android may require manual setup.

Android Setup
- Open Settings
- Tap Connections / Network
- Tap Mobile Network
- Tap Access Point Names
- Add new APN
Final Step: Save → Restart → Test
iPhone Setup
- Open Settings
- Tap Cellular
- Tap Cellular Data Network
- Enter APN: net.hotm
If not working → Reset Network Settings
Basic Phones
- Menu → Settings
- Configuration
- Add new profile
- Enter APN
Troubleshooting
No internet connection?
Make sure Data Roaming is ON. This is required for HOT Mobile.
Still not working?
Restart your phone or reset network settings and re-enter APN.
Do I need an unlocked phone?
Yes. Your phone must be unlocked to use HOT Mobile SIM.
